About ʻĀina Alliance
ʻĀina Alliance is a Native Hawaiian–led nonprofit organization dedicated to ʻāina restoration, cultural stewardship, and community capacity building across Hawaiʻi. We collaborate with local professionals and contractors to implement projects that strengthen our lands, waters, and people.
Purpose and Invitation
In alignment with principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability, ʻĀina Alliance invites qualified providers of professional services to submit their qualifications for consideration during Fiscal Year 2025.
Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Submittal Requirements
Interested providers must complete the NRDS Provider Registration Form and include:

Business or individual name and contact information
-
Principal location (city/island)
-
Years in operation and team size
-
Primary service category and related experience
-
Certifications, licenses, and equipment (if applicable)

Two client references
-
Standard rates (hourly, daily, or project-based)
Confidentiality and Public Information
Information submitted may be shared internally with project partners for evaluation purposes. Providers must clearly identify any proprietary information they wish to remain confidential.

Provider Review and Renewal
Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. Providers may update their information at any time by resubmitting the registration form.
Provider Directory and Project Opportunities
Registered providers will be added to ʻĀina Alliance’s Professional Services Directory. When project opportunities arise, eligible providers may be contacted with instructions for submitting bids or proposals.
